1. Check the label on the bottom or back of the box. The MAC starts with 00:1A:79 (Z11-series and newer boxes may show 00:1E:B8).

2. Or look on screen: open MyTV Online. On MYTVOnline 3 go to Menu › Content Manager › Content Sources › Add Portal; on older boxes go to Menu › Connections and add or edit a portal. The MAC is shown as the ID (select the eye icon to show it in full).
Open IBO Player Pro. The start screen shows your MAC address and Device Key. Send us both (a photo is easiest).
